Description
The Gioco del Ponte is an event commemorating the city of Pisa.
It consists of the mock battle between the two Parties or Factions (Mezzogiorno, or Austro, and Tramontana, or Bòrea) in which the Arno divides the city, and takes place in the month of June on the Ponte di Mezzo, hence the name.
The Northern Part is located north of the Arno river
